Jaspreet Bansal Celebrates 5 Years in the Mortgage Business

On September 12, 2026, Jaspreet Bansal, Mortgage Professional, celebrated an exciting milestone—five years in the mortgage industry—with a special Appreciation Get-Together at Assiniboine Park in Winnipeg.
The celebration was more than marking an anniversary. It was an opportunity to say thank you to the clients, referral partners, colleagues, friends, and family members who have supported Jaspreet throughout her journey.
From Starting From Scratch to Five Years in Business
When Jaspreet entered the mortgage industry in 2021, she had no previous financial or mortgage experience and no background in sales. Moving into a fully commission-based career was a major leap of faith.
What she did bring was a strong work ethic, honesty, marketing experience, a business mindset, and, most importantly, a willingness to learn everything from scratch.
The timing wasn’t easy either. Jaspreet was raising two young children, just 2 and 4 years old, while working a full-time job and completing her mortgage licensing.
By November 2021, after successfully completing her first two mortgage files, she gained the confidence she needed to make a major decision: leave her full-time employment and commit completely to building her mortgage business.
What followed were years of early mornings, late nights, weekends, continuous education, networking, marketing, relationship building, and finding solutions for clients with all kinds of mortgage needs.
Five years later, Jaspreet has grown into a top-performing Mortgage Professional at DLC Mainstream Mortgages, while building a business largely through relationships, referrals, and the continued trust of her clients.
Celebrating With the People Who Made It Possible
Because almost all of Jaspreet’s mortgage business is handled remotely, she doesn’t always get the opportunity to meet her clients face-to-face.
That made the 5-Year Appreciation Get-Together particularly meaningful.
There was no business presentation and no formal agenda. Instead, families gathered for food, conversations, children’s activities, giveaways, and an opportunity to simply connect and celebrate together.
Seeing clients, referral partners, colleagues, friends, and families come together made the event an incredible success and a memorable way to mark five years in business.

But the biggest achievement isn’t simply reaching the five-year mark. It’s the relationships built, lessons learned, challenges overcome, and families helped along the way.
